Job Summary

Provides first level of support to end users for PC hardware and software, email and telephone problems and questions.​  This includes routine calls as well as more complex issues.​ This position requires the documentation and prioritization of computer problems.​  This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment in a Microsoft Windows-based environment.

Job Knowledge /​ Experience Required

• Skilled in Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.
• Above average skills in MS Excel, Word and Access.
• Excellent ability to troubleshoot and diagnose network/​desktop problems.
• The ability to perform at a changing work tempo dependent upon the workload.
• A+, Net +, or MCP Certification preferred.
